Your school has two packages, one for Adobe, which is the CPELITE. All classes built within that package will only have access to Adobe courses. Your second package is CPMOS, that package has access to all of the Microsoft courses. So if you want your students to have access to the MOS courses they must be added to a classroom that is registered in this package.

When creating the classroom select, on the dropdown menu, the MOS package as seen in the image below:
